Civil Engineer - BCCO
-Graduate of Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
- The candidates must have at least 5-8 years of working experience.
- Proficient in the use of English Language (Speak, read and written).
- Has worked with reputable company.
-Must be familiar with construction methods and materials.
-Ability to perform technical and administrative duties.
-Ability to maintain and organize project records.
-Has the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications (Civil, Structural,
Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical)
-With strong computer skills including knowledge in Microsoft applications, AUTOCADD and Project scheduling software.
-Has a strong interpersonal skills, must be able to coordinate with supplier and sub-contractors.
-Knowledge in the preparation of quantity take off, and preparation of drawings using AUTOCADD.
-Must have good supervision skills and has the ability to motivate subordinates.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-Knowledge in civil architectural work
- Knowledge in preparing architectural design standards and calculations,
drafting of civil, structural, architectural and other related (e.g., Sanitary, Electrical, and Mechanical) drawings
- Assist in listing of materials and estimates, material take-off, implementing drawings on actual construction, drafting of shop drawing details, drawing presentation and perspective rendering (colored)
- Excellent English language skills (read, write, speak)
- Perform the role of a project manager
