هذا المختبر محاولة لتدريب الطلاب و تمكينهم من اكتساب خبرة حقيقية في معظم عمليات التصنيع الهامة. تشمل التغطية التي نقدمها إجراء تجارب على عمليات التحويل التقليدية ، وآلات الطحن ، وعمل الصفائح المعدنية وعمليات صب الرمل يقدم الطلاب إلى المفاهيم الرئيسية للتحكم العددي بالحاسب الآلي باستخدام الحاسب الآلي CAD / CAM ، لتجربة تطبيق الحياة الواقعية في الصناعة المتعلقة بهذا الأمر.

Lathe machine
In this laboratory the lathe machine used to produce threaded parts mechanically. On the lath machine we define the pitch and the major diameter of the required screw.
Manual cutting threads tools
Manual cutting threads tools are used to thread screws internally or externally. For internal threading, top taps are used on the other hand the dies used for external threading. The figure below illustrates the two types.
Milling machine
The milling machine used here for gear cutting operations by means of universal dividing head to control the rotation of the cutter to have the required number of teeth of the produced gear .
Deep Drawing Machine
This machine operates to produce cup shaped and box shaped by means of punch that pushes the blank of material to be deep drawn into die. This blank will shaped depending on the geometry of the punch and the die.
Metal spinning machine
Metal spinning machine contains chuck that has the internal shape of the spun part. The part is fixed between the chuck and tail stock and by means of
Patterns, gates, risers, and sprues plates for sand casting
These plates used to make the required cavity in the sand in specified procedure. This cavity will be filled with molten metal to have the final shape of the product.
Centrifugal casting machine
The molten metal is purred in the cavity of the machine and depending on the centrifugal force the molten metal will freeze and take the hollow cylindrical shape.
