Job Details- Produce designs for buildings and other building projects in accordance with a brief or specification.
- The ability to prepare detail drawings with the necessary clarifications in 2D and 3D diagrams and presentations.
- Analyse fit-out items prices, prepare and/or review projects time schedules.
- Produce designs for buildings and other building projects in accordance with a brief or
specification. - Discuss design requirements with clients
and other interested parties to determine the detailed project specification in relation to the type and style of construction, cost limitations and landscaping and planning requirements.
* - Carry out a thorough site survey to determine site characteristics and to assess
likely problems. - Advise client on details of the proposed construction, including impact on* surrounding area, and keep informed of progress .
- Prepare detailed drawings and design specifications and submit these for approval by relevant planning authorities.
