Ergonomics/Human Factors Senior Engineer
Job Details- Project management and ergonomic team target setting.
- Deliver ergonomic proposals and support in the vehicle development.
- Check and evaluate physical vehicle prototypes for feasibility.
- Analyse vehicle attribute profiles and benchmarks for ergonomics and flexibility topics (storages & seats folding etc.)
- Define targets and manage the convergence process within projects.
- Conduct ergonomics subjective assessment sessions on the following: protocol definition; evaluation conducting; data analysis; mitigation and trade-offs proposals reporting to the project lead.
- Perform continuous benchmarking on ergonomics and flexibility innovations and trends including: competitor car identification, action plans and planning definition, international auto show preparation and synthesis.
- Manage evaluation mock-ups for vehicle concept department (assessment session organization and support, updating and maintaining mock-ups).
